Marburg virus; UAE against travel to Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has issued a warning against travel to Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania due to the Marburg virus outbreak.
On Twitter, the ministry requested that travel to these two African countries be postponed due to security concerns.

The ministry advised citizens residing or visiting both countries to take precautions and follow safety instructions. The warning came after Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania reported the spread of the Marburg virus. This virus causes an epidemic similar to Ebola. The World Health Organization has also issued a warning about the virus.
