Marcel Hirscher will return to the slopes this coming winter. The Austrian ski legend is making a sensational comeback – and for the Netherlands, his mother’s home country. It is exactly there that his romantic secret has now been revealed.
Hirscher was spotted and photographed in the pedestrian zone of Amsterdam with a dark-haired beauty. In an interview with Kurier, the eight-time overall World Cup winner stated: “A somewhat unfortunate snapshot of a happy couple – and yes, the guy in the middle, that’s me.” He also confirmed that he has long been in a relationship again. The 35-year-old did not divulge much more.
Surprising Split
So the superstar has found happiness again in his private life. During his active career, he was in a relationship with Laura Moisl, but surprisingly split in 2021. Together, they have two children.

Hirscher is known for valuing his privacy highly. The names of his children are not known, and the world champion and Olympic champion did not want to elaborate much on his new love. “We are two out of about 4.4 million people in Austria living in a partnership – there’s really nothing more to say about that,” he told Kurier.
