According to the lawyer Asdrubal Murillothe former owner of Invest-H, is in a “domestic calamity” and it is impossible for him to pay the fine of 2,214,830,036 lempiras.

“Our client does not have the economic capacity to pay that amount,” Murillo said.
The Public Ministry requested a sentence of 11 years and 8 months in prison while Bográn’s lawyers requested 10 years, two months and 15 days in prison.
On Friday, June 10 at 9:00 am, the sentence will be known for Bográn, guilty of fraud aggravated by the irregular purchase of seven mobile hospitals.
