It’s been 60 years since that August 5, 1962a day that marked the end of the American dream without appeal, the day Marilyn Monroe was found dead. On the last hours of the diva over the years various assumptions have been raised, including hypotheses related to the then president of the United States John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert (with whom the actress had had an affair) and theories that Marilyn would have been the victim of a conspiracy between organized crime and secret services. But in 1982, when the Los Angeles County District Attorney reexamined the case, he could find no evidence that would lead to any reconstruction of the facts other than the official one.
