The South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) held a follow-up hearing with the defendant AG in the abuse case by the child of a former Director General of Taxes (DJP) official of the Ministry of Finance, Mario Dandy Satriyo. The trial this time was scheduled for an interlocutory decision on the exception or objection letter filed by the defendant AG.
According to the plan, the trial process against Mario Dandy’s lover will be carried out in a marathon or faster by the court. In addition, the trial is expected to conclude before AG’s prison term ends on April 17, 2023.
This means that the decision at AG’s trial regarding the abuse of David Ozora will be held before Eid Al-Fitr 2023. Considering that AG is the age of a child with a limited detention period of only 25 days at the Social Welfare Organizing Institution (LPKS).

The trial which took place Monday (3/4) is scheduled to start at 09:00 WIB. The trial which was held behind closed doors was presided over by a single judge, Sri Wahyuni Batubara.
AG arrived at the South Jakarta District Court at around 8:45 WIB wearing a white jacket that covered his face. Accompanied by one of the LPSK personnel, AG was immediately taken to the children’s courtroom.

Based on the monitoring of the MGN team, David Ozora’s father, Jonathan Latumahina was seen at the South Jakarta District Court at around 09.30 WIB.
If later the judge rejects AG’s exception, then the trial will continue with the witness examination agenda. From David’s side, the witnesses to be presented are David’s father, David’s uncle, and key witnesses. (Z-3)
