The former President of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, presented this Monday, September 9 to Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, the report requested in 2023 on the competitiveness of the European Union. A 400-page report which examines one by one the strengths of the economic sectors of the continent, but also the effects of European Union law. It recommends a sort of shock to competition with, also, the question of political orientations.
