Mario Frias was Minister of Culture in the Bolsonaro government
Former Minister of Culture and current federal deputy for São Paulo Mario Frias (PL-RJ) was discharged from hospital this Sunday (6) after being hospitalized for three days due to suspected thrombosis.
In a video published on his social networks, the parliamentarian stated that he won “one more chance” after the final diagnosis indicated only “small fat obstructions.”
“Going in here to say thanks for everyone’s messages. I just went through another scare, but God is very big in my life. I’m coming home with the love of my life,” said Frias. [O sintoma] it started with a numbness in my foot, an afternoon of calf pain. As I already have a history of heart attacks, I went to the hospital.”
The deputy also thanked the people who sent messages of support during the period in which he was hospitalized. He claimed to be receiving strong medications against the problem since hospitalization.
“This week I’m going to do some more tests, I haven’t been feeling well for a month or so, I had some problems during the recess and that’s it.”
