MARKETING COORDINATOR preferably with experience in real estate.
Actively participate in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and projects. Responsible for the image and the correct use of the brands. Management of Events and Promotions. Contribute to the creation and development of marketing strategies that drive the growth and presence of the brand. Manage and supervise the execution of online and offline activities, including social networks, advertising, events and public relations. Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities and trends. Contribute to the creation of attractive and relevant content for different channels and audiences. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for continuous optimization. Stay up-to-date on best practices and the latest trends in marketing and communication.
