Markos Seferlis for G. Lambato: He revoked the decision to confiscate money and offers him a job
After the end of his dispute with Markos Seferlis and the revocation of the court decision for the confiscation of his money, Giorgos Lambatos made statements about the communication they had.
The actor spoke to T-Live and initially, he mentioned how happy he is that he will be able to return to artistic activities, after the proposal of Markos Seferlis.
Specifically, Giorgos Lambatos initially stated: “At this moment I am on another planet. As you can see, everything has changed around me. I couldn’t believe that Markos Seferlis would call me. My mind reached to the point that he would revoke the court decision.”
He then expressed his gratitude. “I want to express my gratitude to you, where I also apologized to him. You brought us so close that our hands could join. Immediately after, Markos Seferlis called me. I was stunned, I couldn’t believe it. He told me that he will do the recall and I thanked him,” noted the actor.
Finally, he declared: “I am very happy, I think everything is changing around me. I look forward to working together and uniting our hearts.”
The actor, who until recently lived in poverty, publicly asked Markos Seferlis to withdraw from the court decision to confiscate sums of money from Giorgos Lambatos in his name. Markos Seferlis had won the trial, resulting in the confiscation of money belonging to the actor, who, however, lives under difficult financial conditions.
On the morning of Friday, February 9, Giorgos Lambatos revealed to “Super Katerina” that Markos Seferlis revoked the court decision, as he had repeatedly requested. Apart from that, he suggested that he participate in the new show that he is preparing.

As Giorgos Lambatos said, among others: “Markos called me, I told him “I’m sorry” and he said “you don’t need to tell me this. I wanted to tell you to call your lawyer because I will do the revocation for you” and that gave me joy because Marcos is not just helping me, but giving a hand to keep me alive and my dreams start again from the beginning . I thanked him and he says “I have half a minute to suggest something to you”. There I completely lost it and he suggested that I be in the play that he will put on, take me in the troupe and I started to fly in the sky. I didn’t really expect it.”
Shortly before Markos Seferlis contacted him, Giorgos Lambatos had said on the same show: “I wanted to beg him to withdraw this matter, because he does not take but leaves the money over there, just let me take it too because for To him, the three worst things are nothing, but to me they are. It was half a year rent. I have made mistakes in my life so I apologize for it I admit some mistakes I made maybe I should find another way to emphasize my existence let’s say and say what I wanted to say”.
The legal dispute between Lambatou and Seferlis
Giorgos Lambatos had denounced Markos Seferlis for the play “Ilias the 16th” staged in 2022, with the accusation that he received a real beating on stage, at a time when the script wanted Markos Seferlis’ hero to beat George’s hero Lampato.
Markos Seferlis appealed twice to the courts, he was vindicated in the case, he was awarded compensation of 7,000 euros initially and an additional 5,000, sums which Giorgos Lambatos was asked to pay to Markos Seferlis. The court warned that the next time Giorgos Lambatos refers again to the same allegations – which have already been judged as slanderous – he will pay the sum of 500 euros to Markos Seferlis, for each mention of his name.
