Based on the ultimate conviction that youth is, without a doubt, an “inexhaustible” reservoir of skills and talents, and above all on a very early awareness of the incredible capacity of this societal category to play an undeniable role, which is its own, in all development efforts led by the Kingdom, under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, on the path to progress and prosperity, the INDH has hardly skimped on the means to study, support and finance projects led by ambitious young people committed to taking up all challenges to establish themselves as true active citizens.
This approach is in no way random, but emanates from a pragmatic, meticulous and local approach, that specific to the INDH, which advocates listening to the expectations and aspirations of the targeted people, an in-depth analysis of the situation on the ground, as well as the specificities intrinsic to each zone and region, and a forward-looking vision intended, ultimately, to act in such a way as to set up inclusive and sustainable projects.
In fact, since its official launch in 2005 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the INDH has ensured the launch of important projects, the socio-economic impact of which on the targeted people is palpable from the first months. As an illustration, there is no shortage of examples, such as the project called “M&M Imprimerie SARL” located on Boulevard Allal El Fassi in Marrakech.
Carried out on a total surface area of 80 m2 within the framework of program 3 of the Initiative: “Improving the income and economic inclusion of young people”, this project aims to improve working conditions and income, and to promote the creation of employment opportunities.
With a total budget of 364,000 DH, including 200,000 DH as a share provided by the INDH and 164,000 DH to be paid by the two young leaders of this project, the latter includes the acquisition of printing equipment, certain office and computer furniture and equipment, the provision of a headquarters for the small business, the coverage of operating and management expenses, and supervision and support.
As for the area of intervention of the INDH, it concerns technical support during the pre-creation phase of the company and then technical support and financing during the post-creation phase.
Speaking to M24, the MAP continuous news television channel, Mohamed Kafouni, co-founder of the project, highlighted the importance of the financial support and technical assistance that he was able to benefit from, with his partner, by the INDH, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote the entrepreneurial spirit among young people.
In the process, he emphasized the relevance of the technical support provided by the INDH during the pre- and post-creation phases of projects, recalling the experience he was able to acquire in this field, when he worked in a number of printing companies, before finally deciding to embark on a great adventure by creating this promising project.
At the same time, he expressed his sincere thanks to the INDH for its technical support and financial backing, which now allows him to have his own company and to plan for the future with great optimism and serenity.
The same story was shared by Mohamed Amine Mobhid, who took this opportunity to express his gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the High Solicitude with which the Sovereign continues to surround young people and ensure their development and training to become active actors within society.
“Thanks to the INDH, our dream has come true,” he continued, calling on all young people to seize the many opportunities offered by the Initiative to create their own projects, strengthen their entrepreneurial spirit and thus achieve their financial independence.
Through the “Income improvement and economic inclusion of young people” program, the aim is to strengthen their employability, support entrepreneurship and develop a new generation of projects likely to enhance local potential by adopting the sector approach.
