Since its official launch by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in 2005, the Initiative, rich in a beautiful and unique experience in terms of materializing in the facts of important projects with strong socio-economic impact, has believed strongly in the skills and capacities of young people, in particular those with ambitious and determined projects, more than ever, to deepen their knowledge in the entrepreneurial field, in this case: New professions that require more innovation and creativity and a perfect mastery of the IT tool.

Based on the conviction of the imperative to take the train of development already underway in the Kingdom and to register Morocco in the concert of great nations in the era of digital and advanced technologies, the INDH has made a commitment to support young people with innovative projects or those interested in exercising a new profession, by providing them with all the technical support and financing necessary to transform their dream into reality.

At the level of the prefecture of Marrakech, the examples of young people who are persevering and committed to taking their destiny in hand, by entering the world of entrepreneurship and self-employment through the front door are both numerous and relevant. Success stories and unique experiences that can only confirm once again the effectiveness of the INDH and the genius of its approach, as based on the obligation of means and results, and advocating realism, pragmatism and efficiency.

Among these innovative projects spearheaded by the mobilization of young skills and enthusiasts, is the one called “Mr Mine Deco SARL” which was launched in 2022 in the Ain Itti district of Marrakech, within the framework of the INDH, in particular through its program 3: “Improving the income and economic inclusion of young people”.

Built on a total surface area of 30 m2, this project, co-founded by two young people, including a girl, was designed from the outset to stimulate the promotion and development of entrepreneurial leadership among its owners and thereby create more employment opportunities for other young people.

The realization of this project required the mobilization of a global budget of 334,400 DH, including 200,000 DH as a contribution from the INDH and 134,400 DH to be paid by its co-founders.

This project includes the acquisition of office equipment and computer hardware, the creation of a website, the provision and fitting out of a headquarters for the company, the coverage of operating and management costs, and supervision and support.

Regarding the intervention of the INDH, it concerns technical support and financial assistance during the post-creation period of this project.

Approached by M24, the MAP continuous news television channel, Abdelhafid Mine, co-founder of this project, said that he was able to benefit from the support of the Initiative in 2020, which allowed him to have premises to set up his business, to recruit a number of young graduates, and to strengthen his skills and know-how in terms of support and management.

“Our project consists of a company specializing in interior design and decoration,” he recalled, noting that the INDH played a major role in terms of acquiring essential equipment for the exercise of this profession and thereby being able to develop and consolidate capacities, while managing to have, from now on, an income.

Mr. Mine also expressed his gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the special interest that the Sovereign continues to show in young people, who are able to believe in the effectiveness of entrepreneurship and self-employment and therefore, to project the future with great enthusiasm and optimism.

Through the “Income improvement and economic inclusion of young people” program, the aim is to strengthen their employability, support entrepreneurship and develop a new generation of projects likely to enhance local potential by adopting the sector approach.
