Maruti Suzuki India has launched the new Eeco van with a new technology engine, with prices starting at Rs 5.10 lakh.
This Eeco new car comes with a 1.2-litre advanced K-series dual jet, dual VVT engine and updated interiors.
The new engine is claimed to deliver 10 percent more power of 59.4kW (80.76 PS) @6000rpm and 104.4Nm@3000rpm (for petrol variants).
Fuel efficiency is increased by 25% to 20.20 km/litre, while the S-CNG version is 29% more fuel efficient and delivers up to 27.05 km/kg.
On the inside, there are driver-focused controls, reclining front seats, cabin air filter (on AC variants), and dome lamp with a new battery-saver function.
In terms of safety, it has more than 11 features like Eeco engine immobilizer, flashing hazard switch, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, child lock for sliding doors and windows and reverse parking sensors.
This new vehicle can fill up to 60 liters of petrol. The vehicle is available in 13 models including 5, 7 seater and Tourer and Ambulance.
