Maruti Suzuki has announced the details of its vehicle sales for the month of November.
India’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki India has reported a 9 per cent decline in sales in November 2021. Last month alone, Maruti Suzuki sold 1,39,184 units. In the same month last year, Maruti Suzuki sold 1,53,233 units.
About 70 percent of the 1,09,726 passenger vehicles sold last month were models from the mini and compact segments, such as the Alto, WagonR, Baleno, and Swift.
Not only the compact segment but also the mid-size and utility vehicle segments, including the Civic, Ertiga and XL6, accounted for 25 per cent of sales. Last month alone, Maruti sold 1,089 Ciaz units.
