According to the details, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has ordered immediate steps to start the metro bus project in the city of Gujranwala, along with the construction and repair of small and big roads of the city, the first state of art cardiac at the government level. It has been announced to build a hospital, in which cardiac surgery and cath lab will also be provided, pads and burn units will also be established, besides this, instructions have also been given to increase the number of field hospitals and clinics on wheels in the city.
Maryam Nawaz has directed to make Nigar Chowk Stadium state of the art and to complete it as soon as possible, directed to take immediate steps to build parks, along with beautification of other cities including Gujranwala. It was also ordered to ensure gradation, cleaning of drains, it was ordered to start the “Pink Wheel” project for the help of women, ladies police will arrive immediately on pink bikes on women’s complaints about the police, artificial inflation. It has also been directed to control and bring down the prices of essential goods.
Maryam Nawaz says that for the first time in Punjab, regular cleaning and repair of roads are being done in the villages, during the monsoon, early drainage of rain water should be ensured. Those should be parked systematically on the road side, water filtration, functional street lights and manhole covers should be installed. The operation should be continued in Gujranwala to deal with drugs, he added that during Muharram, food and drink will be given by the government.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz also met the MLAs and ticket holders at the Commissioner’s Office, the MLAs presented problems, suggestions and recommendations to the Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz noted the suggestions and issued orders for their implementation on Gujranwala development projects.
