Chennai: Tamil actor Vishal narrowly escaped a major accident while shooting a movie. The accident happened while shooting a fight scene in the new film ‘Mark Antony’. The movie was shot in Poonamallee.
The scene of the truck breaking through the wall was filmed. However, the truck lost control and started to move forward. Vishal, who was lying on the ground at this time, was immediately pulled away by one of the junior artists.
The actor escaped with injuries. There were hundreds of people there for the shoot. They also ran away from the vehicle and a major disaster was avoided.
Vishal himself shared the footage of the accident on social media. Sharing the scene, the actor wrote, ‘Life would have ended in a matter of seconds and inches, thank God’. The crew of the film explained that the accident was caused by a technical fault. Filming resumed later.
