In a simple yet characteristic message, Kontizas announced that he is leaving the three restaurants that connected his name with the city’s high gastronomy: “Nolan,” “Proveleggios,” and “Sweet Nolan.”
“I’m out,” he stated, adding: “Difficult. Thank you to three wonderful teams and everyone who honored us. Nolan. Proveleggios. Sweet Nolan. I’m out. #once”.
