Maurizio Mannoni touch the tears. The conductor of Night line greets the Rai 3 audience with a moving message. His return, after the summer break, could in fact not be taken for granted. And so the reporter addresses directly to Giovanna Botteri connecting.

“Patrizia (Senator, ed) and I salute you. You will continue to go on the air because you are Rai correspondent for all the titles, but then our viewers will continue to see you because the summer version of Night line with the other colleagues of Tg3 in the management. Patricia and I we’re going on… holiday let’s say… on holiday. After that… let’s see… I don’t know… maybe something will happen, or maybe nothing. In short, it was nice to travel this long road. Ours has been a long road.”

Only a few hours earlier Mannoni hinted at a farewell. “Maybe something will happen or maybe nothing. It was nice to travel this long, very long road together”. Botteri was also moved and tried to reassure: “We are not prepared, we’re not ready, so you can’t do it. The last word is never said”. But for the conductor there may not be any surprises: “Frankly, I don’t know what to tell you about this. We’ll see what’s to come, thank you all for following us with so much affection. Until we meet again”.
