Born in Paris, Macha Gharibian grew up in a musical environment, which led her to study classical piano from a young age. She continued her studies at the Conservatoire in the French capital before turning to jazz, a discipline that allowed her to marry her various cultural and musical influences.

Placed under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, the 19th edition of the Mawazine festival (June 21-29), organized at the initiative of the Maroc Cultures Association, offers this year a rich program with the honor of great stars of Moroccan, African, oriental and western song.
