Máximo Kirchner was one of the first to arrive at the municipal property of Lomas de Zamora, where the informal presentation of the most important Unión por la Patria candidacies took place. In the first row, the presence of Malena Galmarini stood out. Massa’s wife will compete for the mayorship of Tigre and she followed the speeches a few meters from the stage, surrounded by the ministers of Kicillof Sergio Berni and Nicolás Kreplak and the leader of the Evita Movement Fernando “Chino” Navarro. Before leaving, the owner of Aysa was encouraged to be ironic with the post on social networks that she dedicated to her husband over the weekend: “The warrior is resting little,” she joked.
Minutes before, Massa stopped before the press to confirm what was already known by transcendence: “I will continue in the Ministry of Economy,” he said. In fact, he also recounted that his day continued with a new meeting at the organization’s headquarters on Irigoyen street in downtown Buenos Aires. In addition, he talked about the act that he had shared with the vice president a couple of hours before. She defined it as “nice”.
When leaving, another one who came up to speak to the journalists was Máximo Kirchner. It is a very unusual gesture in the deputy. There he referred to the closure of lists. “We all know that what we wanted in 2019 did not go quite well, but despite the mistakes and some political miseries, all of us who are here work for unity,” he said.

He also spoke about the presidential formula and his participation in defining the names: “When you start to think, everyone contributes.” He indicated that it was not he who nominated Agustín Rossi for the vice presidency and praised Alberto Fernández’s Chief of Staff. “He was a great block boss for Néstor and Cristina. We had our differences, but they are always healthy differences, ”he assured.
Finally, he was excited when he was asked about the political situation of “Wado” De Pedro. “He is very capable and went for a walk. He is a committed man and Argentina has suffered many times. He had a hard time making the decision. He is a great teammate who has always prepared himself and always pushes us all forward, ”he stated with a broken voice.
