Al-Marsad newspaper: Nutrition consultant, Abdulaziz Al-Othman, revealed the amazing health benefits of cinnamon, warning of its harm.
Al-Othman said: “Cinnamon with a dark color is used for cooking, meals, sweets and pastries after grinding them,” noting: “Light-colored cinnamon is crushed and drunk; it is useful for blood clotting, brain health, increasing concentration and reducing sugar. One of them is because it significantly reduces sugar and lowers pressure, and people who may have a drop in pressure should avoid it.”
He pointed out: “Whoever takes a small spoonful of cinnamon daily turns into a harmful substance that may cause cancer,” noting: “Cinnamon is important to reduce menstrual pain and strengthen immunity, and therefore we are keen to take a small spoon.”
The benefits of cinnamon for students are many, including reducing sugar and pressure (we warn about this), weight, treating some colon problems, reducing blood clotting, enhancing immunity and brain health, reducing inflammation, eliminating germs, and relieving menstrual pain in women and others, but you should not overdo it
