Thierry Henry, coach of the French Olympic team, announced today, Monday, the list of his country’s team participating in the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The list included three over-age players: Alexandre Lacazette, Jean-Philippe Mateta and Loic Badie.
The French national team list for the Paris Olympics is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Guillaume Restis, Obed Nkambadio, Theo de Persin.
Defence line: Castillo Lukeba, Bradley Loko, Kylian Sildelja, Adrian Truffert, Songoto Magasa, Chrislan Matsima, Loic Badie.
Midfield: Magnus Akliuch, Enzo Milot, Desiree Douai, Manu Kone, Joris Chautard, Andy Diouf, Leslie Ugochukwu.
Attack line: Arnaud Kalimuendo, Jean-Philippe Mateta, Michael Olise, Alexandre Lacazette, Ryan Cherki.
The French national team will begin its journey against the United States on July 24, in Group 1, which also includes Guinea and New Zealand.
