A media tour was organized to the Paintball and Shooting Center located in the Agstafa district.
According to İdman.biz, 17 journalists took part in the media tour organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Head of the Youth and Sports Department of Gazakh-Tovuz Aziz Masmaliev informed the media about the activities, reconstruction and organization of the center. According to him, 2.0 hectares of land on the bank of the Khasansu River have been allocated for the sports facility:
“The Paintball and Shooting Center was built by the Agstafa District Executive Authority in 2013. However, it has now been transferred to the balance sheet of the Baku Shooting Center. Major repairs have been carried out in the administrative building, the roof has been reinstalled. Some restoration work is currently underway. The center is used by teenagers and young people. Various military games are organized here. The main goal of creating the Paintball and Shooting Center is to ensure the popularity of this sport, expand the Olympic movement, strengthen patriotic education and prepare our youth for military service.”
