The need for direct and free access of citizens to more medical specialties was highlighted by the large participation of citizens in the action organized by the Municipality of Pogoni with the “Doctors of the World”.
A group of Doctors of the World, which consisted of a cardiologist, radiologist, gynecologist, pathologist, pediatrician and dentist, visited the Delvinaki Health Center following a relevant request from the Municipality, in order to offer medical care services. During the two-day action, a total of 218 citizens were served.
The mayor of Pogoni Kostas Kapsalis thanked the “Doctors of the World” for the response, praising their great social work. “We especially thank them for their immediate response. It was a full two days for Doctors of the World, who offered scientific knowledge and medical services to 218 citizens. Their work is great and multi-layered,” he noted.
