In the leaflet of a drug, the list of adverse effects is drawn out even before the drug is placed on the market, and after it has been done efficacy and toxicity tests. Although this list may seem long, it is not a system to develop adverse effects after drug use.
But what happens when the drug is supposed to help the patient causing new symptoms? What to do when you notice an unwanted effect that is not recorded?
