do you remember MediEvil? Well, the PlayStation action franchise could be on its way to movie theaters or even to your TV; this according to a hypothesis generated by a new trailer from the producer of series and films of Sony.
PlayStation Productions unveiled a new trailer yesterday showing the different franchises that are transitioning from Sony video games to multimedia entertainment. We can clearly see characters like Nathan Drake of Uncharted (who already had his movie), God of War, Horizon y Ghost of Tsushima (all with projects already announced and on the way). And among all these cameos we can also see what appear to be the legs of Sir Daniel Fortesqueprotagonist of the franchise MediEvil.
PlayStation has not yet confirmed this information, but with the success -at least moderate- of the films of Uncharted y Grand Touringin addition to the series of Twisted MetalIt would not be unreasonable for Sony to surprise us with an animated series or live-action from MediEvil.
MediEvil had its first installment on the original PlayStation, with a sequel on the same console and a third part on the PSP handheld. In 2019, Sony Interactive brought the character back in a remake for PS4. Could this have been a first step for the great return of Sir Daniel Fortesque?
