Many, perhaps most, tennis fans had in mind for this US Open A tale of the milkmaid: the one about the final between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic. The milk was spilled at 10:41 p.m. on Friday -4:21 a.m. on Saturday in Spain- in the central storey, Arthur Ashe. It was the semifinal of the Murcian against Daniil Medvedev, and the pitcher crashed with a shot from the Russian, after a forced defense by Alcaraz, who bounced inside and went to the stands.
