The new and updated design looks more elegant and mature. The shiny plastic is replaced by a matte-colored body, with a large wind shield at the top of the headphones. This may have been swallowed by the black model, but gives the white or purple headphones a kind of two-tone look. The wind shield is not only for beauty, but it is supposed to be more effective in filtering wind noise and with a general improvement in the set of air seals, Samsung promises that the Bud2 Pro create less pressure in the ears.
The Bud2 Pro headphones also bring for the first time in the series 24-bit Hi-Fi audio support that offers richer audio quality on supporting devices and services. At the same time, they offer 360-degree audio support, Bluetooth 5.3 communication and fast switching between devices.
Active noise filtering has also been improved. This time the headphones are equipped with an array that includes 6 microphones – 2 external and 1 internal in each ear – of the High SNR type, which offer a considerable improvement compared to the previous models. The ambient audio mode allows you to listen to what is happening outside, and the voice recognition recognizes speech and allows you to pause the music or filter the noise automatically when talking to another person.
