An important and unique collaboration was recently launched, initiated by Bynet Computer Communications, Kaleidoo, the Red Association, Rafael and the Innovation Authority, as part of which a unique and advanced training course in the AI ​​and big-data professions was opened. 29 male and female soldiers after discharge (about half of them combatants), without prior professional training or experience will begin special training in which they will receive a full subsidy that includes a subsistence scholarship and more.

The course was launched, in a special ceremony at the Bar Lev High Tech Park and in the presence of Yehuda Zisapel, Chairman of the Red Bynet Group, Alon Ben Tzur, CEO of Bynet Computer Communications, Amit Zimmer, Senior Vice President at Rafael, Dr. Tzachi Glickman – Senior Vice President and Head of Division Rafael Research, Development and Engineering, Moshe Davidovich, Chairman of the Asher Regional Council, Yudi Bar-On, CEO of Kaleidoo and senior representatives of the Innovation Authority.

The social enterprise is part of Yehuda Zispal’s doctrine to promote the periphery and reduce the gaps in Israeli society. In Arad, Bynet Computer Communications, in collaboration with the Red Association, the JNF and the Arad Municipality, established the Kakletek project – a project that funds veterans with a full degree in computer science and which is very successful and already successfully integrates graduates into permanent work at Bynet Computer Communications.
Rafael, a company that develops multidisciplinary technologies that have developed unique and life-saving systems such as “Iron Dome”, “Magic Wand”, “Windbreaker”, “Magen-Or” laser system and more, participates in funding the training and is expected to employ course graduates. In its variety of development projects in the north, which are at the core of the Israeli defense system’s work.

The course will be held at Bar Lev High-Tech Park in the north, which currently serves as an advanced and innovative employment center for residents of the north. The partners have all stated their intention to hold additional training projects in the future, thereby contributing to reducing the gaps between the periphery and the center and to promoting the Israeli economy and industry.
