For the first time in history, the Latin Grammys were held outside the United States. In Seville, awards were given to Latin American artists, including Shakira, Karol G, Bizarrap, among others.
The most notable of the night, for winning three awards each, are: Shakira, Karol G, Natalia Lafourcade and Bizarrap.
Shakira won three Latin Grammys: Best Urban Fusion Song for “TQG”, with Karol G, and Best Pop Song and Best Song of the Year for “Music Session Vol. 53 », which she shares with producer Bizarrap.
Karol G, for her part, won the award for Album of the Year, and Best Urban Music Album for “Mañana Sera Bonito,” in addition to the award she shares with Shakira for “TQG.”
The Mexican Natalia Lafourcade won the singer-songwriter categories for her album “De todos las flores”: Best singer-songwriter album, best singer-songwriter song and recording of the year.
For his part, the Argentine producer Bizarrap took the gramophone for Best Urban Song, for his collaboration with Quevedo in «Music Session vol. 52 », and those he shares with Shakira for Best Pop Song and Best Song of the Year for «Music Session vol. 53».
