The Ministry of Economy will hold the first edition of the Business Roundtable “SMEs in the value chains: High-Tech Medical Devices”, on August 13 and 14, 2024, where these companies will have the opportunity to hold face-to-face business meetings with leaders of large companies in this sector globally.
This Business Roundtable arises from the initiative of the US Mexico – CEO Dialogue, a space that encourages the participation of Mexican micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in value chains as a mechanism to attract greater investment.
The Undersecretary of Industry and Commerce, Othón Valverdehighlighted that the Ministry of Economy designs and implements an Industrial Policy aimed at articulating the efforts of all economic actors towards a model that promotes equitable growth and national content, in the context of the relocation.
Therefore, it is key to consolidate the participation of the SMEs in the supply chains, since these rounds offer these companies the opportunity to contact and do business with world-leading companies in the sector of medical devices.
The first edition of this Business Roundtable It will take place in the Executive Tower of the Ministry of Economy, located at Pachuca 189, Condesa neighborhood.Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City.
