At the start of its work, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister of Justice on the draft national report, worth 19th, 20th and 21st reports, relating to the application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the press release reports.
The Council will then consider the study of a draft law relating to the repeal of Article 43 of the law relating to industrial acceleration zones.
It will then proceed to examine three draft decrees, the first amending and supplementing the decree setting the conditions and terms for the payment of school grants to trainees in vocational training establishments, while the second concerns the protection of workers, the public and the environment against ionising radiation, while the third draft decree establishes a National Committee for the Digital Transition, adds the same source.
The Council will also consider the study of an agreement on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, and a convention on the transfer of convicted persons between the government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the government of Burkina Faso, signed on June 9 in Dakhla, in addition to two draft laws under which it approves the said agreement and convention.
At the end of its work, the Council will examine proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
