Moderator Jac Huijsmans and publicist Peter Bakens discuss the relationship between a healthy lifestyle and the disease. For example, your brain uses no less than 20 to 30 percent of all the energy you get from food. So what you eat is extremely important for your brain. But research also shows that people who exercise enough get dementia less often.
