On July 30, a meeting with Azerbaijani athletes was held at the Olympic House, which operates in Paris as part of the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games.
As reported by İdman.biz, the meeting was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, Deputy Minister Mariana Vasileva, President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade, Secretary General Azer Aliyev, UNESCO representative Elman Abdullayev, Olympic and world champions, as well as athletes representing our country at the Olympic Games, their coaches, media representatives, official representatives of various countries and other persons.
The artistic part of the event continued with musical numbers performed by singer Mardan Banda.
The guests also watched the game between Azerbaijan and Spain in the Olympic 3×3 basketball competition on a monitor installed in the Olympic House of Azerbaijan.
