Megan Thee Stallion debuted a custom Cirque du Soleil-designed clown couture look during her annual Hottieween celebration on Friday, October 30, 2026, at Zouk Nightclub inside Resorts World Las Vegas, featuring an elaborate four-minute performance and a towering origami pumpkin skirt that transformed live on stage.
The three-time Grammy winner turned her annual boo bash into a high-fashion spectacle, drawing reactions from fans who dubbed her the queen of Halloween across social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The performance opened with four artists from different Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil productions executing a coordinated routine before the rapper was revealed to the crowd.
The 31-year-old artist shared photos of the look online this weekend accompanied by a post caption stating that there were no errands or emergencies, just the holiday celebration. Comments on her Instagram account quickly filled with admirers celebrating her role as the top seasonal icon, while other platforms saw similar excitement over the collaboration.
Costume Craftsmanship at Zouk Nightclub
Behind the stage presentation was an intensive design and construction process overseen by Cirque du Soleil creative director Gabriel Dubé-Dupuis and costume designer Miodrag “Mio” Guberinic. Twenty-three artists, artisans, and specialized fabricators spent more than 700 hours bringing the custom creation to life at Resorts World Las Vegas.

The intricate orange, black, and white ensemble utilized more than 50 yards of fabric. Its defining feature was a massive origami pumpkin skirt constructed from 12 panels, each standing nearly six feet tall and incorporating over 400 square feet of custom-printed and hand-painted material. Additional details included an accordion sleeve featuring 120 individually patterned pieces with over 250 components, alongside 13 3D-printed jester embellishments that contributed to the creepy couture aesthetic.
The designer noted that the garment drew inspiration from multiple iconic company shows to craft something whimsical specifically tailored to the musician’s persona. Upon seeing the final result, the designer expressed happiness over bringing the concept to life for the entertainer.
Magnetic Transformation and Stage Performance
The grand entrance began with a four-minute routine choreographed by Tiffany Baker.

- Fabiano “Neguin” Carvalho Lopes, a Brazilian b-boy and capoeira performer from KÀ
- Amaleke Shakur “Kidd The Monster” Bradley, a glider from Michael Jackson ONE
- Chih-Han Chao, a Taiwanese diabolo artist from Michael Jackson ONE
- Oldokh “Oggy” Ganbold, a Mongolian contortionist from “O”
As Megan’s music dropped, the performers froze, and she was rolled out wearing the towering pumpkin skirt.
Working with Cirque du Soleil on this year’s Hottieween costume was such an amazing experience. The amount of preparation, creativity, and attention to detail that went into bringing everything to life was incredible. It was the perfect way to set the tone for another unforgettable Hottieween celebration.

Evolution of the Hottieween Tradition
Since launching Hottieween in 2019, Megan has turned her annual boo bash into a signature celebration, bringing her Halloween festivities to Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Las Vegas, Aol reported. Each year involves a unique theme and custom wardrobe choices that generate widespread social media attention.

Earlier in October, when first announcing the partnership with the entertainment troupe, the rapper stated her intention to take the annual holiday tradition to an entirely new dimension. Following the event, observers noted that the ambitious goal had been fully achieved through the high-end collaboration.
Hottieween is Megan’s world, and she has made Halloween a signature part of her creative identity, turning her annual celebrations into highly anticipated cultural moments. Our job was to bring a bit of Cirque du Soleil creativity into it.
