jpnn.comJAKARTA – PDI Perjuangan General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri asked all parties to ‘play’ fairly in the 2024 Regional Elections.
He does not want there to be any more allegations of structured, systematic, and massive (TSM) fraud, as happened in the 2024 presidential election.
This was conveyed by Megawati during a speech at the handover of duplicate heirloom flags to governors throughout Indonesia at Balai Samudra, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Monday (5/8).
“Let the Pilkada be the way it is. The truth is, there’s no need, use TSM, structured, systematic, massive,” said Megawati.
The Chairman of the BPIP Steering Committee assessed that all parties must be aware and no longer see the people as just a tool for gaining power.
“Enough. No need. Give the people their rights. The people should not be fooled all the time, you know. It’s a shame,” he continued.
Megawati said she had met with a number of residents after the 2024 presidential election.
He received an acknowledgement that there were residents who voted for Ganjar, but there were other instructions that made them cancel their vote.
