Meghan and Harry, 1.2 million spectators in Italy per interview – Entertainment

(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 10 – Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Meghan and Harry has become a television event in Italy too: broadcast on 9 March exclusively for our country on Tv8, the interview totaled 1,204,000 spectators average with 4.47% share and 3,224,000 unique spectators. During the broadcast, Tv8 was the fifth most viewed national channel. In particular, among 25-34 year-olds the program reaches 8.43% share (with Tv8 third national network in this age group), 7.94% among 35-44 year-olds, 7.18% of graduates. More generally, on the 15-54 year target, the share stands at 6.29%. The hashtag # HarryMeghanTV8 has been trending on Twitter all night, until dawn. The interview is repeated on March 10, again on Tv8, in the late evening after the sixth episode of Italia’s Got Talent auditions. During the interview, the contents of which are on the front pages around the world, Winfrey spoke first with Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, addressing issues related to her entry into the British monarchy, marriage, motherhood and how she has managed his life under public pressure.
