On the occasion of Mental Health Day, which was celebrated last night (Monday), the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, spoke in her podcast about one of the most difficult moments in her life, and was helped by mental therapy that her husband Prince Harry helped her find.
“At my worst point, Harry referred me to her (the nanny), I called this woman,” Markle said in a new episode of her podcast, “She didn’t even know I was calling her. She was in the grocery store by the noise, and I said ‘hi’, introduced myself … and I said I need help.”

According to Markle, the caregiver could hear the difficult situation she was in.
She said that today she would rather cry, feel hurt and release her feelings, like her children do. “I want to feel like an Adele album, strong emotions – that you release and share.”
Markle, as we know, has often shared bravely about her mental state, and in her interview with Oprah Winfrey after the departure of the royal family, she said that she did not want to be alive after her son Archie was born. “I knew that if I didn’t say it – I would do it. And it was a very clear, real and scary thought.”
Her husband, Prince Harry, said at the end of the week that his family is helped by three dogs, which give them “mental and emotional assistance”.

Prince Harry said in a Zoom call to one of the families winning the WellChild award: “What can I tell you, we all need a dog to keep us calm,” and told about the dogs his family raises: “I have three at home now, so we actually have five children.”
