At this time the subsequent assembly of the Milli Majlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan is happening.
As Day.Az reported on Friday, the agenda of the assembly contains the next 12 points:
1. A invoice on approval of the “Settlement on cooperation within the discipline of protection between the Authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Authorities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.”
2. A invoice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the adoption and approval of the doc “Amendments to the Settlement concluded between the Ministry of Ecology and Pure Sources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and RV Funding Group Providers LLC USA on the exploration, growth and distribution of manufacturing from the promising gold deposits of Gadabey, Goshi, Kharkhar, Garadagh, Ordubad group (Piyazbashi, Agyurd, Shekerdere, Keleki), Gyzylbulag, Demirli and Vezhneli;
3. A invoice to amend the “Rules on Army Service”, authorized by the Regulation of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 377 of October 3, 1997.
4. Invoice on amendments to the Electoral Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5. Invoice on amendments to the regulation of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Employment” (second studying).
6. Invoice on amendments to the Household Code of the Azerbaijan Republic, legal guidelines of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the identification card of a citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic”, “On info, informatization and data safety” and “On private knowledge” (first studying).
7. Invoice on amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (first studying).
8. A invoice on amendments to the Labor Code, the Tax Code, the Code on the Execution of Punishments, the legal guidelines “On compensation for injury precipitated to people because of unlawful actions of the our bodies of inquiry, preliminary investigation, prosecutor’s workplace and courtroom”, “On the social safety of internally displaced individuals and related individuals to them”, “On approval of the Rules on service within the customs authorities”, “On public service”, “On approval of the Rules on service within the inside affairs our bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic”, “On particular person registration within the state social insurance coverage system”, “On unemployment insurance coverage” and “On employment” (first studying).
9. Invoice on amendments to the regulation of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Street Visitors” and the Code of Administrative Offenses (first studying).
10. Invoice on amendments to the regulation of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the circulation of narcotic medication, psychotropic substances and their precursors” (first studying).
11. Invoice on amendments to the Household Code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Legal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Code of Administrative Offenses (first studying).
12. Invoice on amendments to the regulation of the Azerbaijan Republic “On perpetuating the title of the martyrs and on advantages to the households of martyrs” (first studying).
