Hi-Biz announced today (Thursday) the completion of an investment transaction by Menora Mivtachim, which can reach up to 20% of the company’s shares worth NIS 350-400 million. Hi-Biz was founded in 2009 by Dagan Ronen and Noam Busidan, former hitchhikers who serve as co-CEOs of the company. Companies, half of which even hold a high-tech credit card, and the investment process was accompanied by the Moore Langerman firm.
