After legalizing menstrual days off in Spain, some parts of France are also thinking about it. Lithuanian trade unions would like such a holiday initiative in our country as well, but employers are skeptical – although an agreement between employees and employers is welcome, it should not be legislated. It is also feared that it could encourage the recruitment of more men.
