MENTAL HEALTH AND DISORGANIZATION IN CATALAN INSTITUTIONS: 2023 REPORT.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]This study aims to analyze the existing stigma towards mental health in human resource management in the business environment. To this end, two questionnaires have been made to know, on the one hand, the vision of the company from general management or human resources or prevention and, on the other hand, the weight of stigma among employees. In this way, it is known that 1 in five people working experience a mental health problem at that time, that 90% of workers who take days off for mental health reasons are not able to speak publicly in work, or that 74% of working people do not receive any kind of support from their company to manage work-related mental health problems.
