1- Discrimination between employees, specifically favoring the incompetent employee at the expense of the competent employee because of “wasta” or nepotism.
2- Exposure to job bullying by colleagues or managers.
3- Overlap of work affairs with personal life.
4- Job insecurity due to instability or the constant threat of dismissal from the job.
5- Dealing with an authoritarian and stubborn manager who does not respect the employee and insults him with or without justification.
6- Being subjected to constant and continuous criticism by the official at work, without mentioning the employee’s achievements and good productivity.
