BAROMETER OF OPINIONS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS 2023-2024.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]This study provides very interesting data to understand the mental health situation of young people living in Spain. It emerges that 41.1% of young people between 13 and 18 years old declare or believe they have had a mental health problem in the last year, more than half (51.4%) have not asked for help, and 1 in 3 have not asked for help. I haven’t talked to anyone about these issues. More than half believe that it is better to let time pass and therefore avoid asking for help. 56% do not seek support from their education center because they do not trust teachers or consultants. 4 out of 10 don’t ask for support because they don’t know what’s happening to them and because they don’t know who or who to turn to.
