Alappuzha: Mother filed a complaint against activist Rahna Fatima. Rahna Fathima’s mother Pyari filed a complaint at the Alappuzha North Police Station, stating that her daughter and son-in-law tortured her mentally and physically. According to the complaint, he moved to a relative’s house in Alappuzha after the harassment and the threats continued there.
Pyari says in the complaint that Rahna Fatima is her only daughter and she used to live with her daughter in their flat in Ernakulam. Pyari alleged that her daughter and son-in-law (Rahna’s ex-husband Manoj K Sridhar) were constantly abusing her mentally and physically. According to the complaint, he came out of there under a threat to his life.
They were staying at relative’s houses. He has been staying with his relative in Alappuzha for two months. But the complaint says that Rahna Fatima is also threatening her relatives by phone. The mother wants to warn Rahna Fatima that she is no longer interested in living with her daughter and should not disturb the family members who are currently living there under any circumstances.
Alappuzha North Police summoned Rahna Fatima based on the complaint. The mother was released with a warning that she should not face any kind of threat or any kind of harm.
