The board of directors of the company has decided to pay this dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. As a result, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of 1 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.
On Wednesday (April 17), this information was revealed on the website of Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on May 30 to approve the declared dividend to the shareholders. For this, the record date has been fixed on May 8.
The consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of the company for the financial year ended was Rs.1.86. The profit per share of the company was Rs 2.12 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
Consolidated Net Operating Cash Flow per Share (NOCFPS) of the Company for the year under review was Rs.4.80. The company’s NOCFPA was Rs 4.73 during the same period of the previous financial year.
The company’s consolidated net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Rs 23.91 during the reporting period.
