Wagner’s paramilitaries withdrew last night from Rostovwhere they took control of the headquarters, the nerve center of Russian operations in Ukraine, after negotiations between Prigozhin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

All restrictions on roads in the Rostov region, imposed after that 24-hour riot, were lifted this Sunday, announced the local service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. “Circulation has been restored,” his spokesman was quoted as saying by state news agency RIA Novosti.
