jpnn.comJAKARTA – Meta announced the presence of new features to mark the one-year anniversary of the launch of the web version of Threads in August 2023.
The update includes the ability to save up to 100 drafts, an Insights screen, and a Threads column rearrangement feature.
The new look of the user Insights screen can show the age, gender, and location of the people who view and interact with the user.
The screen also shows total views and interactions with the post, which is split into followers and non-followers.
The column rearrangement feature allows users to rearrange searches, liked posts, activities, saved posts, profiles, and Insights in a different order.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that his company plans to add a post-scheduling feature to Threads soon.
Previously, Threads recorded a milestone of 200 million monthly active users, almost 13 months after its initial launch.
Threads’ main rival, X (formerly Twitter), registered more than 600 million monthly users as of May. (xinhua/ant/jpnn)
