The highest is 34-36 degrees Celsius, some places are over 36 degrees Celsius.

After the four-day heat wave above, it is forecasted that from March 25, the temperature in the North and the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue will cool down; From the night of March 26-28, there were scattered showers and thunderstorms.

On the morning of March 21, talking with a reporter of VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper about the above weather trend, the leader of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting emphasized that this is the first wave. local heat the first time this year occurred in the North and concentrated in the Northwest.

“It can be said that this heat wave appeared early in the season, but to confirm whether there is anything unusual or not, it is necessary to monitor more,” the leader shared.

The meteorologist of the General Department of Meteorology and Hydrology also said that the peak of this heat wave was on March 22 when the temperature in Hanoi reached 36 degrees Celsius. The hot state remained until the end of March 24.

The national meteorologist warned that in the coming days, due to the influence of the hot sun combined with low humidity in the air and the southwesterly wind causing a phoenix effect, some places may be at risk. Explosion and fires in residential areas due to increased electricity demand and the risk of forest fires.
