The evolution in the number of users has continued since its inception and throughout the year 2023 the trend has continued. The global assessment of the service, for its part, is the highest in history and has reached 8.4 in the latest annual study of the Service Quality Index.
In the area of innovation, to improve the user experience, its mobile application has been renewed. In addition, since May, it has offered its passengers free loan of “power banks” to charge electronic devices for a maximum of twelve hours, both inside and outside the light rail network, thanks to an agreement with Chargy.
Regarding the projects that it has launched, aimed at the community in which it operates, over the last year the campaign “Disconnect, Look, Cross” stands out, to raise awareness among young people about road safety. In addition, she has continued to collaborate in the accident prevention campaign for the elderly, as well as in the activities of the Pozuelo Environmental Education Classroom, supporting education and safe and sustainable mobility.
