After the events, the General Directorate of this transportation system ordered the Operation and Transportation areas to carry out a forceful investigation to clarify the fact.
“Regarding the aforementioned video, the Metro reports that an investigation has been initiated to clarify the facts. If what happened is confirmed, the corresponding corrective sanctions will be applied, in accordance with the provisions of the current collective bargaining agreement,” the transportation system reported.
